We do not charge any additional cost for paying by accepted cards. SHIPPING WORLDWIDE: VanderPride offers shipping to most countries around the world. Delivery charges are €4,95 for Spain and The Netherlands; for other countries within European Union €10,95; for the rest of the world the shipping cost will be calculated and shown automatically once the destination country has been selected. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders at and over a purchase value €100,00. Shipping cost will be shown at the checkout page after the delivery destination has been selected. Please note: all orders are shipped from European Union so International customers may be subject to their local government’s import fees and/or taxes as determined by the Customs Agency within the destination country. Although this does not always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. If the customer does not pay these expenses and the order is delivered back to our warehouses, VanderPride reserves the right to not send it again and not refund the cost of the shipment.
DELIVERY TERMS: The estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days in Europe and 10 to 15 business days for the rest of the world (in some countries and regions these estimates can differ). The exact duration of each order varies depending on stock available at the time of receipt. Once your order is placed we generally require 1 to 3 business days for processing and shipping. We do not ship or deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. It is important to note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, hotels or when other non-permanent addresses are given so we recommend sending your items to a home or work address where the parcel can be signed. Once your order is shipped from our storage, you will receive a notification in your email. In the event that VanderPride cannot meet these deadlines, the client may proceed with changes, or partial or total annulment of the order. If the customer opts for the total cancellation, we will refund the full amount no later than in 3 business days. VanderPride reserves the right to make partial shipments, assuming no additional charge to the customer. VanderPride cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our controls such as severe weather, service interruptions (total or partial strike, floods, fire, …), or stolen packages once confirmed delivered. Delivery can be reclaimed only after 30 days period is overdue. Late shipment cannot be claimed due to long custom clearance process
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY: If for any reason you are not satisfied we will offer you full exchange or refund of your purchases during a period of 14 calendar days upon receipt of the product by the customer. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn and with all tags attached, with no marks of deodorant or of makeup) and also in the original packaging. We will not be able to accept return or exchange of any item which will not meet these conditions. The goods are at your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed within 4 calendar days. Refunds on full price items will be credited back to the payment method used at time of purchase.
